Cookies and analytics
This site can use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not run unless you say yes to the banner shown the first time you visit — if you decline, or never answer, no analytics cookie is ever set. What it collects, if you accept: pages viewed, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and general device and browser type. It does not collect your name. You can change your answer at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are served from this website itself. They used to load from Google's servers, which meant Google could see the IP address of anyone who opened a page here, before you had been asked anything. They no longer do, so that no longer happens. Nothing about the fonts on this site involves a request to anyone else.
The forms on this site
The "Request our help" form and the "Join the club" form are both Google Forms. When you submit one, it goes straight to Google and is not stored on this website. The club's officers and advisor can see the responses. Do not put anything in a form you would not want a club officer to read.
Photos on the Media page
The Media page and the home page carousel show photos from club events, which may include identifiable photos of students. If you are a student or a parent and want a photo removed, get in touch through the Contact page and it will be taken down. We do not name students in photo captions, only what is happening in the photo.
