Are you a student, a teacher, or another club at West Tech? Fill out our request form and we will get back to you about sound, music, projectors, or borrowing equipment for your event.
Before you send it
What to tell us in the form.
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can say yes.
- The date, time and place of your event
- What you need: sound, music, a projector, or gear to borrow
- Roughly how many people are coming
- When you can set up and pack up
- A teacher we can contact who will be there
Give us time
Our members are students, so crews and gear get booked ahead of time. Send your request as early as you can. A couple of weeks is ideal.
We do not run livestreams or TV-style video. Everything else on the list above, just ask.
